To help us investigate, include the device platform, Zyryn app version, a short description of what happened, and the steps that reproduce it. Never send your password, payment-card details, private addon credentials, or API keys.

Account help

Visit your Zyryn account to change your email or password, review active sessions, or permanently delete your account. Password-reset links are available from the sign-in page.

Subscriptions and billing

• Use Restore purchases on the in-app subscription screen to recover an Apple, Google Play, or Amazon Appstore purchase.
• Manage or cancel an Apple subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings.
• Apple handles refunds for purchases made through the App Store.
• Manage or cancel a Google Play subscription and request eligible refunds through Google Play.
• Amazon handles billing and refunds for purchases made through the Amazon Appstore.
• For other purchase methods, use the billing controls in your Zyryn account.

Playback, local media, and addons

Zyryn organizes metadata, local media, and sources you choose to connect. Zyryn does not host or supply movies or television programs. Only connect files, services, and addons you have the legal right to use.

When reporting playback trouble, include the device, operating-system version, media type, and whether the issue affects local media, an external streaming app, or an addon. Do not send copyrighted media files or private source credentials.

Privacy and data requests

Review the Privacy Policy for information about data handling and your choices. You can delete your account from the account page or email support@zyryn.com to request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy assistance.
